    RESOLUTION NO. 04 – 2019

    RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (BDP) C.Y


    2020 – 2025 OF BARANGAY AFGA , SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has prepared the Barangay


    Afga Development Plan of this barangay for the year 2020 up to 2025;

    WHEREAS, it is a continuous effort of the Barangay Development Council to speed


    up the process of growth and development in the areas;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Plan contains specific programs and


    Activities to be developed and implemented in the locality;

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Garry P. Galo, duly seconded by the body,

    BE IT RESOLVED as it hereby resolved to approve the Barangay Afga Development


    Plan CY 2020 up to 2025 as prepared;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the


    Municipal Development Council for further appropriate action.

    APPROVED.

    I hereby certify the foregoing are true and correct excerpts from the minutes of the
    Barangay Development Council meeting dated June 26, 2019.

    RESOLUTION FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE BARANGAY AFGA DEVELOPMENT
    PLAN CY 2020-2025 AS ENDORSED BY THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT
    COUNCIL.”

    WHEREAS, Kagawad Garry P. Galo introduced to pass a resolution to approve the


    proposed Barangay Development Plan by the Barangay Development Council for CY
    2020-2025;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Afga Development Plan CY 2020-2025, after a careful


    review, discussion and deliberation , is found to be in line with the development
    policies and priorities of the barangay government .

    THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Garry P. Galo duly seconded by Kagawad


    Ester L. Diaz;
    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Barangay Afga
    Development Plan as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council for CY 2020-
    2025.
