Who is hiring?
PointNetwork: is developing web 3.0 decentralized internet, with decentralized storage
and web3.0 browser. It will allow all kinds of dApps to be created - decentralized,
censorship-resistant Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, end-to-end encrypted email and instant
messenger, and a lot more.

They’ve participated in the Solana Hackathon and made it to the Honor List recently.

What are you taking from here?


● A compensation scheme up to USD 8,000 / month (depending on knowledge and
seniority assessed by the Tech Team). Company prefers paying all in crypto ;)

What is the evaluation process like?


● Step 1: Initial screening with RecruitingSKULL to tell you more about the key aspects of
the role and the company (30 minutes)
● Step 2: HR Interview + Technical Assessment (1 hour)
● Step 3: Technical code-along interview with the tech team (1 hour)
● Step 4: Final interview with the Founder (30 min)

What do you need to bring?

● 4+ years experience in backend development using Node.js


● Experience with 3rd party API integrations.
● Solid experience working with TypeScript.
● Solid experience working with MongoDB.
● Deep interest in multiple facets of crypto—different protocols, dApps,
Stablecoins, CBDCs, DeFi, NFTs and more.
● Problem-solving skills and critical mindset.
● Great communication skills.
● The desire and ability to learn.
● Fluent English level: we work with people located all over the world.

What would be amazing for you to bring but also, what you could be
learning here?

● Previous experience or courses made on blockchain technologies.


● Previous experience working in a startup environment.
