Assignment 5: My Goals
Worth 10% of Final Grade
Due Date
This assignment is due by the end of module fourteen
Purpose
Module 14 wraps the course up by revisiting the inspired action plans from the Who You Are matters
game. Committing to taking action will support your job search success.
Explanation of tasks
Review the instructions associated with the following three sections: Find your why? My action plan,
and Strategies to stay motivated and complete your career goals.
Resave this with a new naming convention (your name + assignment title). Upload and submit your
completed Goals Worksheet as a single word document to the Assignment Submission Folder.
What’s is your why? Is your “why” reflected in your brand statement? If not, how will you rework your
statement to ensure that it is?
Why do I have to look around me and find something worthwhile to help me progress, this
doesn't match the description of the image I was "trying to get more back"? Closing your seat
belt won't help you do more, but skilled work will go a long way and it's worth finding more.
This will give great results at the end. So, I change the description to "observe and learn to
heal."
My Action Plan
In module 3 you participated in the Who You Are Matters! game experience, you identified possibilities,
clues and inspired action steps. As you come to the end of the course, identify additional possibilities,
clues and action plans you are committed to.
1.
By setting small, measurable goals, you can be sure of your dedication to work when things
aren't going as fast as you want. You can set daily or weekly goals, but make sure your goals
are clear so you can track your progress. These goals can help you avoid dissatisfaction, keep
track and feel profitable.
For example, you can make a list of organizations where you want to work, then research
every day and aim to find new jobs. Or, if you are interested in expanding your organization,
you can aim to interact with new experts in the industry every week.
2.
If you are facing a new job, frustration, or frustration with your current relationship, you can
remember everything you have learned and achieved in your job. Write a summary of all your
important achievements in the conversation, from the obvious problems you solved at work to
the important tasks you helped.
If that's not enough, you can incorporate your most important job ideas into your resume, and
if you have all of your professional backgrounds, you can learn more about the job in meetings
with potential employees.
When looking for a new job, there are things that inevitably cannot have an impact, such as
job markets, economics, industry changes or regions. To keep looking for inspiration to work,
relieve your worries about things that can't affect you and focus on how you can handle the
situation.
3.
Taking all the politeness to targeting you to find the perfect website can lead to dissatisfaction
and eventually exhaustion. If you're overwhelmed, take a step back and help you remember
many important things in your daily life, including friends, family, and personal interests.
You don't have to do everything at once, you need to be sure to focus on your recruiting
activities and keep things going in context. Invest your energy in your friends, keep a good
book or an inspiring perspective, and don't regret seeing anything else that will help you have
a positive attitude towards yourself.
