    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ROSAREE FRANCES G. DE JESUS, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address


    at 2193 Unit D.M. De Leon St. Fortune II Brgy. Gen T. De Leon District II Valenzuela City, do
    hereby name, constitute and appoint ROSELYN L. RABANG or SONNY A. VERDERA JR.
    as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact with full power and authority to do and perform any of the
    following acts and deeds in connection with the business closure of permits and licenses of with
    the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), City Government Offices of Valenzuela and/or other
    pertinent government agencies, instruments and/ or affiliates, to wit;

    1. To submit forms and required documents for registration and securing clearance, Business
    Closure and other Licenses, to represent me in all proceeding relative thereto and to sign any and
    all documents that may be required in connection with the aforesaid Business Closure Permit;
    2. To pay the corresponding fees;
    3. To receive any and all documents on my behalf.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact the full power and
    authority to do and perform any and every act and the thing whatsoever requisite necessary or
    proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes I might or could
    lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
    CONFIRMING all that the said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and
    by virtue of these presents.
