Project to build a wind farm in the city of TAZA on behalf of EDF Renouvelables, Mitsui & Co, ONEE and
MASEN consortium.
Achievements:
• Implementation and monitoring of the access procedure: Management of HSE inductions, overall equipment
inspection, at the level of the site access.
• Established and achieved objectives in terms of results, performance, and customer satisfaction in
accordance with the strategy and directives of project and GTR Group.
• HSE supervision of all subcontractors and suppliers (26) with a total workforce of more than 600 since the
start of the project; with simultaneous presence of 67 heavy construction machines and 59 dump trucks;
• Establishment of a point badge system for all dump trucks in the project;
• Managed a team of 10 HSE facilitators including 6 GTR and 4 subcontractors,

• Realization of a 60 KV substation for the electrical supply of the new 107 DAP D, E and F (Ongoing);
• Roads, sewage and lighting networks refection of the chemical complex JORF LASFAR-OCP.
• Construction of Electrical substation for water recovery REM IV.
• Construction of the new JPH administration, mechanical and electrical workshop.
• Revamping of phosphates conveyors.
• Construction of ammonia storage and distribution unit with 100 000 M 3 capacity for the chemical complex
JORF LASFAR-OCP.
• Rehabilitation of all the Electrical power supply Project.
• Gypsum and sea water return pipeline.
Port extension project: rehabilitation of the JORF LASFAR port and its offshore works for Gypsum and
seawater return pipeline
Achievements:
• Supervised the company's offshore work on this project, ensuring very critical lifting operations.
• Overseeing the use of new techniques and managing changes in the work process.
• Set up an organization and the logistics necessary for the offshore work of the night shift by two HSE teams
(night and day) to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines for the completion of the project.
