The document outlines various tests that are conducted on futsal athletes to evaluate their physical capabilities and fitness for the sport. These include tests to measure body composition, speed, agility, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, and anaerobic capacity. The tests help coaches understand athletes' physical strengths and weaknesses so they can design training programs to prepare athletes' bodies for both simple and intense training demands of futsal.

FUTSAL TESTS
1. Body -Height, Weight, Body Fat
Composition, percentage, Body Mass Index Anthropometry (BMI) and also dribbling and passing around the soccer ball. Because futsal has physical and physiological demands, futsal athletes have to undergo these tests to check the capability of their bodies to work with simple up to intense training. This helps coaches to balance their athletes’ body compositions so they can freely move around the court and avoid fatigue. 2. Speed -Reaction speed, Maximum Speed, and Sprint time over 40m with a split time for the first 10m are important for maximization of running speed and acceleration.
3. Agility -505 Agility test is used to measure
the ability to change direction of 180 degrees. Changing of direction is significant in playing futsal. Balsom run and Arrowhead Agility test could also be. 4. Flexibility -Sit and Reach test is used for lower back and hamstring flexibility. It prevents injuries or immobility especially for ball kicking.
5. Strength -Vertical Jump test is for measuring
leg power and Maximal Strength test is used to distinguish specific exercises to be taken by an athlete for his/her body strength.
6. Aerobic -Shuttle run (beep) test and Yo-Yo
Intermittent Tests that evaluates the athlete’s ability to repeatedly perform intervals over a long period. 7. Anaerobic -300-yard shuttle test will indicate an improvement in an individual’s anaerobic energy system.
