 Safely information
Connect the power cord to properly grounded outlet,The connected power socket

easy to use.Please do not placed in the water or wet places or using this product.

Warning:
*Always connect the power cord to a grounded outlet.
*please don't use wet hand to touch the power cord,to avoid electricity
danger.
*The thunderstorm weather, please put the power switch in OFF and
disconnect the attaching plug
*Please don't cut, twisted, bundling, squeezing the power cord, or place
heavy objects on the power cord。
*Please regularly check the power cord. Before checking the power cord,
the power cord please disconnect from the power outlet.

Notice:
*before open the machine，must pay attention to remove protection
material.
*Make sure the power switch in the off state for plotter, and then insert the
power supply socket.
*after shutdown，Must wait 5 seconds before open the carving machine
again, otherwise easy to cause damage for plotter.
*Prevent from dropping foreign matters into cracks such as pins, little
screws, etc.

Assembly of machine stand :
1.Before assembly stand pls take the screws out ,according to assembly drawing and
installation diagram on the number to sit in their place assembly .

Calibration guidelines for red and gear ratio parameters

GC type cutting plotter is divided into red automatic calibration and red
semi-automatic calibration, the parameters of the machine factory commissioning paste

In AnyCut software to create a rectangular box of 500 * 900mm, the actual

calibration.

2.Red light parameters fully automatic calibration

①Set the black sticky tape under the pressure wheel, set the machine parameters

(knife pressure, lettering speed, tip depth) through the menu button to switch

3.Startcut plug-in cutting and automatic contour cutting use
I. Installation Package Introduction: The Start cut software corresponds to four
versions of Coreldraw X3 / X4 / X6 / X7. When installing, select the corresponding
coreldraw version for installation. The software supports XP, WIN7, WIN8 and
other
systems.

1.First, you need to turn off the antivirus software in the computer before

Ⅲ．How to use the software
1. Open the coreldraw software (X6 for example) corresponding to the star cut
software, insert the dongle, and import the image to be processed.

2．Select the image, click on the application launcher, pop-up drop-down dialog box,
select Starcut-X6-las click, as shown in the red box

3.Select the picture to be processed, and click "extract outline" in the star cut dialog
box to generate the outline of the picture. The "outline" of the dialog box for adjusting
outline distance will pop up before generating the outline, as shown in the red box

And then export the picture to print on the material needed, such as stickers, etc.,
and then the printed material on the machine, the picture should be noted that the
placement of the picture in the software should be placed on the location and the
machine (A4 paper for example), and the machine's pencil sharpener should be
placed in the lower right corner of the center of Mark, as shown below

4.After the material is placed correctly, click "Contour Output" in the

StarCut-CDR dialog box. The dialog box for setting the cutting settings is displayed.
Select the correct port and parameters (explained above) and click "Send" to send the
data.

 5.After sending the data, the following dialog box will pop up. At the same time,
the machine will start to scan the Mark mark. After the scanning is finished, click OK
in the following figure, the machine can cut the outline of the picture.

note:
Do not move the image position after generating the Mark (and before exporting
the image), because the Mark point is not on the same layer as the image and therefore
can not be grouped into the image. If there is a slight movement it will result in a cut
Error, contour cut off or cut failed.

Common faults and Resolution
Fault of Carriage module
1.Cacrriage don’t lift or fall:
(1)Turn off power, move carriage up and down manually to check if it move smoothly.
If not, the carriage need to be changed.
(2)To check if the wire between power supply and mainboard broke or loose contacts.
If one happens, please rewire or change wires.
(3)If above matters are excluded, the mainboard need to be changed.
2.Blade force can’t be adjusted or too big or too small: change mainboard.
3.Carriage can’t move left or right, or there is a loud noise when move:
（1）Turn off power, move carriage left and right manually to check if it is smooth.
（2）To check if motor wire connected with mainboard broke or loose connections.
(3）Change mainboard.
Fault of Communication module
(1)USB Communication:
Under USB communication, if USB port can’t appear in computer device manager,
please check if USB cable connect firmly with machine and computer port.
If USB cable connect firmly with computer and machine, please change interface
board and mainboard by turn.
（2）Serial Communication:
First to confirm if the serial cable is supplied from our factory. Then to check if the
port selected in software is the same as that connected with machine. If it is right,
please change mainboard.
（3）U-disk Communication:
First to check the wire are between U-disk port and mainboard loose. If not, then need
to change mainboard.
Fault of Drive axis module :
(1)Turn off power, then move carriage manually, to check if it moves smoothly.
(2)To check if motor wire connected with mainboard broke or loose connections.
(3)Change mainboard.
Fault of Display and Button:
（1）If blue screen, blurred screen or blank screen appears, first to check if the wire
connected LCD and mainboard broke or loose. If so, please reinsert or replace the
wire.
（2）If the matter can’t be solved after first step, please change LCD.
（3）If the matter still appears, please change mainboard.
Fault of Button:
（1）If buttons are insensitive or being unresponsive when press buttons, first to check
the wire connecting control panel and mainboard loose or broke. If so, please change
wire and control panel by turn.
（2）If the first step don’t work, please change mainboard.
