Introduction
“The better the grasp team members have of the big picture, the greater their potential to work
together as a team.” – John C. Maxwell
In these challenging times of pandemic and distance learning, educators’ creativity and flexibility
are immensely brought out to bridge the students’ needs of quality education despite the given situation.
And being an important part of the continuous learning, Kalayaan Elementary School (KES), together
with its teaching force and stakeholders, united to prepare both the physical and the digital environments
school-ready for its learners as another academic year opens.
With the theme Bayanihan sa Paaralan, Brigada Eskwela 2021 from the Department of
Education’s Memorandum No. 048 s. 2021, aims to connect people – group or individual, public or
private, to come together and help create a conducive learning environment for the incoming batch of
students in the institution. Implementation and monitoring of schools is set to run from August 3 to
September 30 which covers the National Brigada Eskwela Media/Online Kick-Off Programs down to
Regional, Division, and School-Based Kick-Off Programs.
