heading until 10nm MOV DVOR then turn right and fly heading 250° for 26 nm to point
Y. Turn and fly heading 3250 M for 19nm to point W or until intercepting radial 090 0.
Intercept and fly the 0900 radial to the facility and hold or as instructed by ATC.
RWY 21 Depart as cleared climb on runway heading until 10nm MOV DVOR then turn right and
fly heading 250° for 26 nm to point Yankee. Turn and fly heading 325 0 M for 19nm to
