Frequently Asked Questions:

Capgemini Welcome Kit Redemption Process

Please follow these steps to redeem your welcome Kit.

1. Log in to https://capgeminibrandstore.printstop.co.in/capgemini-welcome-kit/

2. Enter your registered email id to receive the OTP in your Capgemini mailbox
3. Enter the OTP in the first box, received on you Capgemini mailbox
4. Enter your registered password in the next box. (If you are logging for the first time, you will have to
create your own password)

5. Click on “ADD TO CART” option on the right side of the page.


6. Click on “ADD TO CART” option on the bottom of the page again.

7. Enter your preferred shipping and billing address and press “CONTINUE” (Billing & Shipping address
should be same).
8. Please enter the coupon code “WELCOMEKIT” in the Coupon Code field and click on “REDEEM”. By
default, quantity is set to ‘1’

9. Click on “PAY” (No payment is needed but click the pay icon to proceed with the order) and complete
the order. A confirmation screen with the order number would be displayed.
Who all are eligible to avail this Capgemini Welcome Kit?
Only Capgemini colleagues who have joined the organization from January 1,2022 onwards are eligible to avail this
kit. Sub-contractors and Interns are not eligible to avail this benefit.

How many kits can I order?


Each Capgemini colleague can order only 1 kit for themselves. Nor can they order the kit on behalf of their
colleagues.

What all will be included in this welcome kit?


• 1 Steel water bottle
• 1 Capri – Diary
• 1 Black Matt Watermark Roller Pen - Submarine
• 1 Capgemini-branded Cap
• 1 Ibamboo Mug
• 1 Double-tone cloth bag

How do I track my order?


After the product is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email and you can also view the status of your
order in the portal by going to ‘My Account > Order History’.

To which all cities in India does PrintStop, ship products?


We support shipping to all Indian zip codes available on India post
https://www.indiapost.gov.in/vas/pages/findpincode.aspx

Is the product safe during shipping?


Yes, appropriate packing would be done based on the product nature to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.
Our endeavor is that the product reaches you safely.

My order is defective/damaged; how do I replace it?


Please share images of the defective order/item with the PrintStop Customer Support Team to investigate and
evaluate, and they shall reach out to you on this matter. Please contact the PrintStop Customer Support Team
