    INFORMATION

    The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses KILLIAN


    MENDOZA y CRUZ, a resident of 478 Central Ave., Quezon City with
    violation of Sec. 3(a) RA No. 3019, committed as follows:
    That on or about the month of December 2021 in Quezon City, Philippines,
    and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named
    accused, a public officer being then the Barangay Captain of Brgy. Culiat,
    while in the performance of his official duties, committing the offense in
    relation to his office, acting with evident bad faith or gross inexcusable
    negligence, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and criminally
    persuade, induced or influenced MARY JANE y CRUZ, a public officer
    entrusted with the custody of funds and property of the Barangay, to
    falsify disbursement vouchers which constitutes an offense in connection
    with his official duties.

    Contrary to law.
