Promissory Note

1. Promise to Pay. For value received, the undersigned Maker promise to pay
Noteholder, or order, at such place as may be designated by the holder hereof from time to time,
the principal sum of Amount_of_Note DOLLARS ($Amount_of_Note), with interest from
even date herewith, on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Interest Rate. The rate of interest on the unpaid balance shall be INTEREST
RATE PERCENT (Interest_Rate%) per year.

3. Payment. The said interest and principal shall be payable at the offices of
the noteholder listed above or at such place as the noteholder may designate in writing, in
Payment_Frequency installments of principal and interest of Payment_Amount DOLLARS
($Payment_Amount) commencing on Date_of_First_Payment, and continuing each and
every succeeding month thereafter, except that the entire indebtedness evidenced thereby, if
not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on Date_of_Last_Payment. Makers agree to pay
interest on the declining balance at the rate set forth in paragraph 2, hereof. Payments shall be in
lawful money of the United States, and when received by the holder shall be first applied to
accrued interest and the balance upon the principal; and interest shall thereupon cease upon the
principal so credited. Makers reserve the right to prepay this note at any time without penalty.

4. Other Expenses. Should Makers be delinquent or in default under the terms


of this Note or the Deed of Trust securing this Note, the amount of such penalties, charges and
expenses shall be immediately added to the principal amount of the Note, shall bear interest at
the same rate as specified in this Note, and shall be immediately payable by Makers to holder.

5. Acceleration. In the event any payments required by this note to be paid are
not paid when due, or in the event Maker s violate any of the terms and conditions of the Deed of
Trust securing this Note, then the entire principal amount outstanding and accrued interest
thereon shall, at the option of the noteholder, at once become due and payable without further
notice. The noteholder may exercise this option to accelerate as a result of any default by the
Makers regardless of any prior forbearance.

6. Late Payment Penalty. Makers agree that in the event any monthly
installment is not made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day after such installment is due, then
there shall be a penalty for such late payment in the amount of five (5) percent of each such
installment not so made.

7. Attorney's Fees. In the event either party hereto brings suit to enforce any
provision of this Note, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney's fee as
set by the Court, and in addition will pay all costs of collection, including court costs.
8. Waiver of Presentment. Presentment, protest, notice and benefit of
homestead exemption are hereby waived by all Makers, sureties, guarantors and endorsers
hereof.

9. Non-Waiver. Failure to exercise any right or option of holder shall not


constitute a waiver of the right to exercise such right or option thereafter.

10. Security of Note. This Note is secured by a Deed of Trust granted by


Makers to holder of even date herewith upon the property described therein. Reference is made
to such Deed of Trust for further rights of acceleration of the indebtedness evidenced by this
Note, and for further obligations of the parties hereto as to payments of taxes, assessments and
insurance.

11. Venue. This Promissory Note is to be governed by and construed in


accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. At the option of the holder hereof, the venue
of any action may be had in Greene County, Missouri, or in any county wherein is situate
property subject to the Deed of Trust securing the indebtedness hereby evidenced.

12. Notice to Makers. Any notice to Makers provided for in this Note shall be
given by mailing such notice by certified mail addressed to Maker s at Makers_Address, or to
such other address as the Makers shall designate by notice in writing to the noteholder.
