    1. The groups will reconvene and prepare questions for the direct examination. Aside from
    the direct examination questions, the groups shall also prepare sets of leading and
    misleading questions.
    Ask questions to Tony to establish that by his efforts he alone bought the house and lot
    and should therefore be solely entitled to the ownership over the same. Ask questions
    to Susan to establish that she is presumed to have contributed to the purchase of the
    house and lot although she merely “kept house” and therefore, is entitled to the house
    and lot.

    2. The groups will also discuss what are the possible questions that will be asked to their
    clients during the direct examination.

    3. At the end of the activity, the groups will submit their questions to the Professor and
    should not leak the said questions to the other group. Each of the group members shall
    contribute and their contribution should be duly noted by the group scribe.
