Essay about the work
Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High
student has to undergo Work Immersion in an industry that directly relates to the
student’s poste secondary goal. Though Work Immersion, the students are exposed to and
become familiar with work-related environment related to their field of specialization to
enhance their competence. Specifically, the students are able to: gain relevant and
practical industrial skills under the guidance of industry experts and workers; appreciate
the importance and application of the principles and theories taught in school; enhance
their technical knowledge and skills; enrich their skills in communications and relations;
develop good works habits, attitudes, appreciation and respect for work. These prepare
them to meet the needs and challenges of employment or higher education after
graduation.
In this work immersion you should learn the proper etiquette to conduct this. In
work place theirs you have your right manners and attitudes.
It is extremely important to have certain traits to be able to function proper.
Firstly, it’s important for ones-self to be on time because punctuality is the key to
creating a good impression. Keep it Positive, bringing your bad attitude into the work not
only reflect poorly on you but also accomplishes nothing. Wear clothes that you are
comfortable of and look presentable and practice good hygiene. Learn from your mistake,
control yourself in any situation. Understand the rule or protocol of the office/company.
Be polite and appreciate the work of the others (co-workers). Be cooperative and have a

common sense in work. And the important is respect and honesty. Treat others as you
would want them to treat yourself. Surely the good things will come to you as result.
Also one should be motivated to do work properly and correctly. Other things
include working effectively, efficiently being good at what you do. And enjoy what you
are doing.
