    DEMOLITION LEGEND

    Floors
    F1 Replace existing floor finish with new as required (For areas that require floor tiles installation)

    F2 Patch and repair existing floor finish (For areas that require upgrade on floor screed)

    Walls
    W1 Remove existing wall finish and replace with new as required

    W2 Demolish existing wall.

    W3 Demolish wall from height of 0.9m, creating window opening. Provide lintel beam to support wall above

    W4 Demolish wall to height of 2.10/ 2.20m, creating door opening. Provide lintel beam to support wall above.

    Doors & Windows


    D1 Remove existing door/window. Patch up to match adjacent wall.

    D2 Remove existing door/window. Adjust opening size and replace with new door/window at correct position

    D3 Remove existing door/window.

    D4 Fill empty door/window opening. Patch up to match adjacent wall.

    Ceilings
    C1 Remove entire ceiling with its supports and installations (lights, ceiling fans) and replace with new as required.
    Refer to engineering drawings.

    C2 Selective removal of ceilings installations, lights, ceiling fans alarms and replace as required.
    Refer to engineering drawings.

    Roof works
    R1 Remove roof structure, remove roofing material, reclaim for re-use and replace with new as required

    Electrical & ICT installations


    E1 Remove existing sockets, switches, telephone ports, data ports, wiring and cables and replace with new and
    relocate as required. Refer to engineering drawings.

    Plumbing
    P1 Remove sanitary ware (handwash basins, sinks, toilets, urinals), sanitary accessories, pipework and drainage
    systems. Patch up to match adjacent wall and floors or / and replace with new as per room requirement

    Fixed Furniture
    X1 Remove existing fixed furniture (made of blockwork/ concrete)
