    Due to Repeated Rejection of M.I.R , We Initiate the Technical Team to close the Mechanical Pipe sleeves Rev-2
    Since 2nd Feb 2022. After getting approval of Rev-3,still Major comments(Sleeve sample,SASO Certificate ) are no
    finalized , Which is Delaying the site progress and Causing the Rejection of M.I.R.(Rev 1 )
    You are Request to take Corrective action as soon as possible and All Material submittal which have code-B with Majo
    Comments.
