    SUBJECT: Circularizing Republic Act No. 11597, entitled "An Act Providing for the
    Revised Charter of the Philippine Veterans Bank, Repealing for the
    Purpose Republic Act No. 3518, as Amended, otherwise Known as'An
    Act Creating the Philippine Veterans Bank, andfor Other Purposesn'

    TO: All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned

    Forthe informationand guidance of all internal revenue officials, employees and others
    concemed, attached as Annex "A" hereof is the copy of Republic Act No. 11597, entitled "An
    Act Providing for the Revised Charter of the Philippine Veterans Bank, Repealing for the
    Purpose Republic Act No. 3518, as Amended, Otherwise Known as 'An Act Creating the
    Philippine Veterans Bank, and for Other Purposes' " .

    All internal revenue officials and employees are hereby enjoined to give this Circular
    as wide a publicity as possible.
