MRAP Site Taji, Iraq /Bastion (Leatherneck) Afghanistan
Safely Coordinated and transported over 900 MRAP vehicles and their respective
equipment to include GFE to camp Taji Iraq, and currently over 400 MATV (marine
all Terrain Vehicles) to include their respective equipment to Camp Leatherneck
Afghanistan. While assuming duty as the Net Lead, coordinated over 300 hundred M
RAP classes for MAXX PRO, Caiman, and RG33 (OPNET, FLMNET and Delta courses) Whe
n asked by SAIC Iraq HQ to assume duty as Deputy Site Lead, Executed a responsib
le Draw Down of an entire MRAP site with 100% accountability of equipment.
L-3 Titan December 2007- May 2008
Taji Iraq
Directed Logistics operations for a team of 100+ Linguist. Coordinated Orientati
on of new employees including allocation of new material and equipment. Assigned
new employee to positions base on linguistic capabilities. Delivered weekly rep
orts to senior management.
During L-3 to GLS transition, sole manager retained, successfully coordinated th
e transfer of all Linguist employee to new company.

Assists the Chief of Operations (CHOPS) in maintaining 24-hour situational aware
ness of the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Prepared and
presented daily situational awareness update briefing to the commanding General
, Deputy G3, CHOP, and the operational staff. Received, Process, and Distributed
messages, Operations Orders, and Fragos via DMS/AMHS message systems, and brief
ed the commanding General and staff world wide through SVT system weekly. Mainta

Responsible for day to day Operations, Logistics, and Training of an armor (M1A1
Tanks) company. Served as a mentor and provided training, career counseling, an
d professional development for 38 Non Commissioned officers and 7 officers in ke
y positions. Maximized human and organization resources to accomplish unit missi
ons. Unit was recognized as Top Tank Company for 2nd Brigade prior to OIF III.
Thus unit was selected to provide convoy security for the entire Brigade for ini
tial entry for OIF III Resulted in 100% accountability of personnel and equipmen
t (500+).
MSG Observer Controller May 2002 - July 2004
U.S. Army, Fort Polk, LA
Trained Armor, Light Infantry (mounted), and Cavalry units (i.e. Reservist, Nati
onal Guard and Marines) under simulated combat conditions. Consistently provide
insight and expert knowledge on the latest tactics, techniques and procedures f
rom research and in-country visits from Operations Group to units on Counter Imp
rovised Device Operations, Route Clearance, Convoy, Check Point and Fixed Site S
ecurity Operations. Provided computer-aided PowerPoint after action reviews (AA
Rs). Coached units in the design and implementation of their published tactical
standard operating procedures (TASOP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) b
ooklets. Mentored over 15 new Officers and NCOs on their duties as Observer Con
trollers. Trained over 30 1SGs, 90 platoon leaders, platoon SGTS. In addition,
over 1900 soldiers in preparation for OIF and OEF deployments.
