Job Description
Ensure compliance with the various commercial,
corporate, industrial, mercantile, labor and foreign
exchange laws applicable to all the six FSSs in
Hyderabad;
Assisting in preparation for convening of Board and
Shareholder meetings for the six legal entities, issue of

Essential: Associate member of the Institute of
Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in Law
(or in final stages of completion); and must be keen to

should be in a mid-size organization or preferably an
MNC;
