1 glass of milk(make coffee if you want)

1 chopped tomato
1 chopped cucumber
1 tbsp black olives
1 boiled egg

1 slice of cheese
1 boiled egg

1 banana
1 apple

1 bowl of assorted vegetable soup

(Make into a stew without adding more oil)
