We refer to your earlier forwarded information for job engagement and application with relation to ENZA
CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD. After Evaluation and reference of your application and other relevant data we
are please to offer you the position of PIPE FITTER where we hope you will enjoy your role and make a
significant contributions to the success of the business. You will be reporting to our HR team Supervisor in the
HRD department while your roles duties and responsibilities will be described separately in the job description
section of the work agreement

This letter will serve as the formal offer employment letter . The final agreement and terms and
conditions of the employment will be through the employment contract which you will sign on the first
joining date .If you choose to accept this employment offer letter please sign it and return it or mail us
before seven consecutive days from the date of receiving this letter unless other wise extended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TERMS & POLICIES) :-


BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED ON THE FOLLOWING POINTS AND UNDERTAKE TO IMPLEMENT ACCORDINGLY

1. The first party will pay sum of an amount of 510 USD and with for food, Accomodation and
transportation inclusion to the-Second party as his monthly salary.
2. The period of this agreement 11 consecutive months starting from the first day of arrival in
Republic of South Africa
3. First party should provide the second party with free accommodation and medical facilities
according to Republic of South Africa International labour rules and regulations
4. First party will provide the second party with a ticket for your joining trip to Republic of South
Africa and a return flight economy ticket to your home town address nearest location Airport as
mentioned in the passport upon completion or Eleven consecutive months of your employment.
5. Working period will be (8) hours per day and over time as increment will be as per Republic of
South Africa International standard labour rules and regulations.
6. If by any means the second party refuses Or refrain to work he will not be allowed to work with
Or under any source South African party unless the first party allows him do so, otherwise he
will have to head back to his country at his own expenses and by no legal means the first party is
liable for any outcoming occurrences Or expenses.
7. In case second party desires to go back to his country before the expiry of his agreement then he
can withdraw the agreement and head back and leave at his own expenses.
8. First party shall have the right to terminate the services of the second party during probationary
period of three month if he is found not eligible towards fullfilling the requirements of the work
description and assigned services the second party shall be headed towards their home the cost
of the first party and the responsibility allies same with the first party.
9. In case the second party falls sick or is ill and is affiliated during the course of work, and the
illness is hue to his job profile and exposure then the first party bear all charges for his medical
treatment so long as this agreement is valid and shall arrange his return trip send him back to
his country
10. If the first party decides to close establishment then all relevant expenses for the second party
be on the account of the first party and it ensures the employ is deported at the right duration
and interval.
11. If the first party decides to close establishment then the second party is allowed to leave
according to the Republic of South Africa International Labour Law .

12. The first party shall provide the second party air tickets for both one way trip or two way trips
for absolute free indulging no charges or cost.
13. Second party shall adhere and observe all Republic of South Africa laws, rules tradition and
obligation and conditions.
14. The first party will provide the second party with necessary insurance coverage for workman
compensation benefits for work related injuries or any accidental work related injuries or
mishap and work related deaths as per Republic of South Africa standard and labour laws.
15. Each person should possess a copy of the contract and if the two copies are found different
comparatively then the party that made the changes should be punished legally according to
Republic of South Africa International standard law and labour law.

16. Regarding concerns, interpretation and other matters of inductive relevance and agreement
which are not described or covered by the above provision shall be included in worn agreement
or shall be as per the South Africa International labour laws or standard rules of the Republic of
South Africa shall verily apply.
17. The second party of the employee should be vaccinated against Covid- 19 and other necessary
vaccination and health care test and mandatory check up as demanded by the Republic of South
African home Affairs and International and standard protocols.

The Employer and the Employee hereby declare that they understand thoroughly the above
provisions and agree to sign to abide by such provisions. They shall each retain a copy of this
contract for future reference.

I understand that ENZA CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD policy forbids me from engaging
in any form of outside employment or business opportunity, for myself or another
employer, which would conflict or interfere with my job especially while on company
time. Additionally I understand that using company equipment or materials for outside
employment is strictly prohibited. I understand that in order to engage in outside
employment, I must receive approval from my supervisor and Department Director in
advance of performing such outside employment, and that the approval may be
withdrawn at any time. I also understand and agree that my outside employment must
be suspended if my work status with [Company Name] is sick leave, FMLA leave,
workers compensation leave or restricted duty. I understand that failure to comply with
the policy could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of
employment.
