Logistics Manager Suite
Logistics Manager Suite
Logistics Manager Suite
LOGISTICS MANAGER SUITE brings together all of the products developed and integrated by a-SIS into 3
main functional sections:
Supply Chain Management: decision-making layers which allow the control of multi-site organisation,
the allocation of orders to the right warehouse, as well as the management of supplies and the
optimisation of stock levels. .
Warehouse Management: warehouse control from goods-in to dispatch..
Flow Management: the optimisation of transport flows, with complete solutions which can be applied
just as well to "loaders" as to "transport organiser" profiles.
Relying on an extended functional coverage and the added value from the best sectorial practices, our
solutions enable you to progress in concrete terms on 5 performance axes:
multi-level traceability, synonymous with safety
Traceability is a critical point in certain fields of activity and presents two levels:
Product traceability: products are traced by batches and serial numbers facilitating the
product recall;
Event traceability: the historisation of operations enables you to have available
performance analyses and a full audit trail (GAMP and FDA 21 CFR PART 11 norms),
whether in the warehouse or during the deliveries to final customers.
Activity improvement using decision-making control, to improve anticipation
Our solutions allow you to monitor activity for each logistic process: quantities which were
actually received, changes in stock status, dispatches carried out, transport activity
monitoring, deliveries received... At any time, it is possible to display the stock content by
product code, the occupancy rate by location, each movement’s general history or transport
mission planning.
Numerous functionalities allow you to plan human and material resources, to organise carrier
allocation, to simulate transport costs and to allocate your own vehicles to delivery missions.
Using dedicated interfaces, the detailed monitoring of operators’, pickers’ and drivers’ activity
takes place in real time.
Optimisation of stock levels - dormant, dead, safety… - depending on the desired service rates
Supply calculation
Real time follow-up of current, future and in transit stock
Simulation and multi-criteria allocation of orders on different logistic platforms: product families,
distribution channels, transport proximity…
Management of shortages, remainders and substitutions
System of alerters on criticality thresholds
Inter-site transfer management
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
The Warehouse Management solutions aim to optimise all of the distribution platform’s logistic processes,
from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring the perfecting of numerous techniques and is made up of three
Warehouse Management Software packages (WMS):

Fully integrated into your information system, LM Order Manager plans goods reception by site, manages
the global computing stock, the inter-site transfers, as well as the stock in transit.
Directly interfaced with the ERP, LM Order Manager is the central tool for scheduling site activity. An
important function, it deals with the distribution of Preparation Order lines as well as their consolidation
using a global Preparation Order on the different sites concerned.
Fonctionnalities
A response to the daily stock level optimisation factors
Based on an analysis of the history of goods flow, the stock is broken down into
rotating stock; to respond to current demand, in safety stock; to respond to the
hazards of demand, in over-stock and in obsolete stock. The aim of LM Stock
Optimizer is to get rid of these over-stocks and obsolete stock taking service
rates required for each product and product behaviour into account (regular,
semi-regular, irregular, seasonal etc.). The cost of keeping stock constitutes a
major part of logistic costs. The management of this stock responds to two
distinct and relatively opposing logics : that of supply service and commercial
service. However the relationship between the capital tied up and the service rate
is the key factor in stock optimisation.
A potential to reduce stock by 10 to 40%
By integrating all of the constraints linked to sales forecasts, supply deadlines and
the desired availability rates into one system, LM Stock Optimizer deals with
your daily work leaving you to concentrate on the management of exceptions. LM
Stock Optimizer assists you in making decisions, forecasting replenishment
requests, reducing the NWC and reducing stock. Thanks to a very short
implementation period, you get a fast investment return.
