    Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development
    (L & D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R
    & R)

    9. Remarks:
    Fort Bonifacio High School conducted a School Roll-Out of PRIME-HRM
    Core Systems from November 8 to 9, 2021 via Google Meet. Recorded
    videos from the Division Office were used during the roll-out.

    PRELIMINARIES OF THE PROGRAM:

    Opening Prayer was conducted to officially start the program.


    Afterwards, the attendance check was done by asking the teacher to comment
    certain word or phrase in the comment section and react using the reaction

    “Setting Vision into Action”

    buttons on the Google Meet Platform. It was followed by providing all
    participants with a welcome remarks.

    SESSION PROPER:
    ● Session 1: Overview/Introduction to the PRIME HRM
    ● Session 2: Discussion of the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement
    (RSP)
    ● Session 3: Discussion of the Learning and Development (L & D)
    ● Session 4: Discussion of Performance Management (PM)
    ● Session 5: Discussion of Rewards and Recognition (R & R)

    The program five sessions provided above were divided into a two sets.
    Sessions 1, 2, and 3 were discussed during Day 1, and Sessions 4 and 5 were
    discussed during Day 2. Watching the video presentations from the Top
    Management (SDO-Makati) were done in all sessions.

    After watching the videos for Sessions 1, 2, and 3 in Day 1 of the


    program, participants were asked to answer the Post-Test for Recruitment,
    Selection, and Placement (RSP), and Learning and Development (L&D).

    In Day 2 of the program, participants were asked to answer the Post-


    Test for Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R)
    to assess their understanding about the discussions on Sessions 4 and 5.
    Also, they were asked to answer the QATAME to evaluate the entire program
    or training.
