    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
    Participants will receive a unique Google Classroom code according to the
    registered event(s) through mail
    All the communications will reach you through Google classroom
    Malpractice in any form will disqualify the whole team
    You can use the link available in the Invitation to register the participants in
    various events
    Id Cards of all the participants should be scanned & uploaded as a single file
    E- Certificate will be given to all the participants
    Prizes & Certificates for the winners of each competition will be given later –
    offline -date will be informed through your Email

    PAPER PRESENTATION (For UG)


    UG: Date- 11.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m.
    One Participant per team.
    Total duration for presentation is 5 minutes - 3 Minutes for Presentation,
    2 Minutes for interaction
    Upload the soft copy of the presentation in the Google classroom on or before
    08.04.2022
    Video should be kept on while presenting the papers.
    Participants must join the link 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled timing
    The link will be available in the Google classroom
    Presentation will be done via Screen sharing

    QUIZ (For both UG & PG)
    Prelims
    UG: Date- 11.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m.
    PG: Date- 12.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m.
    Finals
    UG: Date- 11.04.2022 , Time – 3.00 p.m.
    PG: Date- 12.04.2022 , Time – 3.00 p.m.
    One participant per team
    The Competition will be conducted in Google Meet. Participants should be
    On-time otherwise they will be disqualified
    Prelims will be conducted through Google Meet and first 6 Teams will be
    qualified for Finals
    Video should be kept on till the end of the competition
    Participants leaving the meeting in between will be disqualified

    PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT (For UG)


    UG: Date- 11.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m.
    One participant per team
    Participants can develop their coding using C\C++ \ Java
    Partial coding and expected output will be given on the spot for the selected
    language.
    Duration : 2 Hours.
    The Participants should submit their documentation and the respective file
    that contains their program within 2 Hours after receiving the question in the
    allocated Google classroom
    Documentation must contain the screenshots of the coding and the output of
    the program and the personal details (Name, Year, College Name, E-Mail ID)

    MODEL MAKING USING E- WASTE (For UG )


    One participant per team
    Working model can be designed at your place
    Record Video when you design the model as a video proof
    The duration of video proof is 5 minutes (fast forward) and upload your video
    in your Google Drive within the timing
    Working model without video proof will be disqualified
    Model should be made of E-Waste
    Photograph of the Model and the Video of Model Making Should be uploaded
    on or before 10.04.2022
    PAPER PRESENTATION (For PG)
    PG: Date- 12.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m.
    One Participant per team
    Total duration for presentation is 5 minutes - 3 Minutes for Presentation,
    2 Minutes for interaction

    PG: Date- 12.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m. Duration : 1 Hr
    One participant per team
    The Theme and related images for the poster will be given on the spot
    Only the given images should be used
    Digital Poster can be designed using any tool
    Completed poster should be uploaded in the allotted Google classroom before
    3.15 p.m.

    CREATIVE DESIGNING (ANIMATION) (For PG)


    PG: Date- 12.04.2022 , Time – 2.00 p.m. Duration : 1.30 Hrs
    One Participant per team
    The expected output will be given on the spot through Google classroom.
    Coding can be developed using either in C or in Java
    Share the screen to show the output and also upload the developed software
    in the Google Classroom
