Trekking involves a long vigorous hike in wild natural environment for multiple days. It can be done
off hiking trails.
1. Physical Conditioning-
Weeks before the trek, you start the conditioning of your body by exercising at least 3 times a week
for at least 30-60 mins. Nutrition is also important in the preparation.

day inching your way uphill with a heavy pack on your back. To prepare yourself for these challenges,
it's necessary to be physically and mentally prepared.
