a) Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counseling conducted by the MCC of
DGHS, Government of India, New Delhi for admission to MD / MS Programmes in the Deemed
to be University for the academic year 2020-21, are advised to report and complete the
admission process within the date and time specified in the “Allotment Letter” issued by the
DGHS.
b) The candidates should report along with Original Certificates and Demand Draft for the
prescribed tuition fee and other fees or UTR Number for Electronic Fund Transfer through
RTGS as specified herein below.
d) Every student shall pay the tuition fee and other fees, as prescribed by the University, within
the due date notified.
e) Part payment of tuition fee and other fees are not permitted.
f) No extension of time either for payment of fees or submission of original certificates will be
entertained under any circumstances.
g) At the time of admission, candidates should sign declaration / undertakings declaring that
they shall abide by the rules and regulations of the University including Anti-Ragging
regulations of the UGC/MCI and observe good conduct and behavior and that they are bound
by the University rules on payment of fees / refund of fees.
It is mandatory that the candidate should bring the prescribed tuition fee and other fees in
the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Aarupadai Veedu Medical College” payable
at Chennai (as mentioned in the Fees Structure) or paid through NEFT /RTGS.

Separate hostels are available for male and female postgraduates and are comfortably. All
the Postgraduate students will have to compulsorily reside in the campus as per the MCI
rules.
The candidates have to pay the prescribed Hostel Accommodation fees & Mess fees in the
form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “AMUDH HOSPITALITY” payable at Chennai (as
mentioned in the Fees Structure) or through RTGS or NEFT.

a) Candidates are advised to check the website of the DGHS (Directorate General of Health
Services), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi website:
www.mcc.nic.in and College website: www.avmc.edu.in from time to time.
b) Allotment letter given by the DGHS for admission is subject to fulfillment of all eligibility
criteria prescribed by the MCI and medical fitness of the candidates. Those who do not
fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit, will not be admitted to
the course of study to which they are allotted by the DGHS. If it is found at a later stage,
that the candidate has given false information / forged certificates or concealed material
information, his/her admission will be cancelled without any notice.
c) Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of fee,
disciplinary rules and hostel rules etc.
d) All the disputes/arbitration arising in the interpretation and implementation of the provisions
in this prospectus will be referred to the Vice-Chancellor, Vinayaka Mission’s Research
Foundation (Deemed to be University) and Vice-Chancellor’s decision shall be final and
binding.

d) The above refund policy will be applied even if the student cancelled the admission without
attending any class.

8 Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the MCI or any State Medical
Council. Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable only in case where candidate is
undergoing internship likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of the year of
admission.
10 Any one of the identification proof (ID Proof) as mentioned in the information Bulletin
published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi (i.e., Aadhaar Card /
PAN Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID)
a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in
the prospectus) and should be in English language. Sub - Caste should be clearly
mentioned in the certificate.
b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The Sub - Caste should tally
with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy
Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.

4. Since, the MCC is not aware of the number of Recognized/ Permitted seats for each college and allotment is made purely on the basis of
merit, it is on the discretion of College/ Institute to provide Recognized/ Permitted Seats to the Allotted candidate as per their policy /rules and
regulations. However, as a general rule, the candidate with higher merit/ NEET rank may be preferred for recognized seat followed by next
candidate for permitted seat.

Radio-Diagnosis
Sub specialities in Radiology namely non vascular radiological interventions, male
infertility imaging, female imaging, transplant imaging are being offered for patients
as well as for training post graduate and undergraduate students.
The department is equipped with all state of art equipments like 1.5T GE MRI, 128
slice PHILIPS CT scanner, ultrasound machines equipped with elastography and
Doppler.
Faculty trained from Christian Medical College, Vellore, Madras Medical College,
SRMC, Chennai and at centres with advanced imaging techniques. Some of the
faculty members are certified by International Radiology Boards like European
board and Royal College of Radiology.

Biochemistry
Clinical Biochemistry lab is NABL accrediated laboratory since 2006 with fully
equipped state of art automated facilities for routine chemistry, hormones,
vitamins and tumor markers assay.
Students will be trained in Quality control requirements as per ISO 15189:2012
Special care taken to train students in carrying out instrumentation, clinical lab

The department of Community Medicine at CHRI has over 100 publications and
over 25 on-going research projects by Faculty and Postgraduates to its credit.
Basic Research Methodology Workshops are conducted every year for 1st year
postgraduates from all specialties to help in formulation and conduction of their
thesis as well as other research projects.
Family visits / surveys are regularly conducted in Rural & Urban Center areas.
Vulnerable groups are identified and given necessary health education and medical

VIl. Stipend:
M.D. and M.S students are eligible for stipend on par with the stipend being paid to PG
students of Government Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu from time to time.
Candidates should have obtained the minimum percentile of marks in the qualifying
examination as per Medical Council of India norms.
In order to be eligible for admission to Postgraduate Course for an academic year, it shall
be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum of marks at 50th percentile in the
‘National Eligibility Cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate courses’ held for the said
academic year. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Class,
Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes the minimum marks shall be at 40th
percentile. In respect of candidates with benchmark disabilities specified under the Rights of
Person with Disabilities Act 2016, the minimum mark shall be at 45th percentile for
General category and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC.

NEET is mandatory even for foreign nationals seeking admission in medical courses in
India. For all other eligibility conditions, Medical Council of India website may be referred.
lX. Counselling:
As per the Notification issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of
India, there shall be a common counseling for all seats of NEET PG 2020 at National level
to be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi.
Candidates who intend to apply for admission to M.D./M.S. degree courses for the
academic year 2020-21, in Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute are advised to
register themselves through online web portal of Directorate General of Health
Services, New Delhi i.e. www.mcc.nic.in (Medical Counseling Committee) for
participating in common counselling and they are advised to periodically check the MCC
website for updates viz., Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Schedule/re-schedule of
counselling dates and its process etc.
Candidates provisionally allotted for admission will have to submit all required original
certificates with the Institution. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep with them
sufficient number of photocopies of their certificates.

Xl. Mode of Payment:
The payment towards tuition and other fee shall be made in the form of demand draft
drawn in favour of “Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute” payable at Chennai or
Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS / internet banking. Part payment of tuition fee
and other fee is not acceptable.

Candidates provisionally selected for admission will have to undergo a medical
examination at Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute and only those who are found
medically fit will be allowed to join the course.
*The amount of fee to be deducted in case candidate resigns after counselling period /
cutoff date:
Where any student applies for discontinuance, or without any application discontinues on
his/her own, from the course to which he/she has been admitted to, for any reason,
either on or after the cut-off date prescribed by the statutory and/or University authori-
ties for admission to the first year of the course or where the seat is rendered vacant
without having any chance of being filled up with any other candidate such students will
have to remit the tuition fee and other applicable fees for the ‘entire/ remaining course
period’.
The University reserves the right to change any of the conditions enumerated periodically
or for the purpose of complying with any of the regulations of the statutory councils.
Tuition fee and other dues payable in the subsequent academic years shall be paid by the
students within the due date fixed by the Institution failing which the name of the default
ing students shall be removed from the rolls of the college after the expiry of due date.
Students himself / herself must be present at the time of reporting. No proxy will be
allowed in any circumstances.
All disputes arising in the interpretation and implementation of the provisions in this
information bulletin will be referred to the Vice Chancellor, Chettinad Academy of
Research and Education and the decision of the Vice Chancellor shall be final and binding.
In respect of matters relating to or arising out of this information bulletin, the jurisdiction
shall be at Chennai alone.
Tamil Nadu Medical Council directives (as per letter dated 19.12.2019)
Candidates from other states who are pursuing post graduate courses in Tamilnadu and
Pondicherry have to register themselves in the Tamil Nadu Medical Council within
3 months of admission.
Penalty clause: To impose a penalty that Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) would
be levied as fine to the candidates of other states who study PG courses in Tamilnadu and
Pondicherry if not registered within the prescribed time (3 months).
The penalty for such candidates for registering at the end of the course would be
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only).

XlV.Ragging in any form is prohibited in the University Campus:
The University follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards Ragging. Ragging in any form is a
crime and a punishable offence. As per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India, University Grants Commission has framed “Regulations on Curbing the Menace of
Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009” and the Medical Council of India has
framed “(Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Medical Colleges/Institutions)
Regulations, 2009” and notified in the Govt. of India Gazette in order to prohibit, prevent
and eliminate the scourge of ragging. These regulations are mandatory and provide for
punishment of those who abet and indulge in ragging, directly or indirectly.
(i) Admit card of NEET-PG 2020 Exam (Hall Ticket) issued by National Board of
Examinations (NBE) with photo affixed.
(iii) Copy of valid Aadhaar card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport.
(vi) MBBS Degree Certificate from the concerned University / Provisional Pass
Certificate I and II.
(vii) Mark sheets of the University Examination for the whole of the M.B.B.S. course
(First year to Final year).

The OBC candidates should not belong to creamy layer. Must produce Non
Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC with validity period.
(xv) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical
Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability
Act 2016 (RPWD Act, 2016). Please see clause 10.1 of Information Bulletin of
NEET for admission to MD/MS Courses, published by NBE. No other PH certificate,
issued by any other Authority/Hospital will be entertained.
(xvi) Recent passport size photographs (6 copies) indicating the name of the candidate
and date of capturing the photograph.
(xvii) Capture of left thumb prints – The left thumb prints of reporting candidates will
be captured.
(xviii) Capturing of digital image – Digital image of the reporting candidates will
be captured and taken on record.
Admission in MD/MS degree course under NRI quota for 2020-21 shall be based on the
NEET PG 2020 qualification and shall come through DGHS counseling.
Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India who have obtained their primary medical
qualification from Medical Colleges outside India should have passed the screening test,
Internship completion on or before 31.03.2020 and qualified in NEET PG 2020
Registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council is mandatory with
documentary proof. NRI quota shall include OCI and PIO.

5. MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
MAHE Manipal awards merit scholarships to students admitted under the GENERAL category, to the following
programs
Scholarship Guidelines:
o Candidates are required to pay the full first year course fee + Rs. 10,000 refundable Caution
Deposit at the time of Reporting
o The candidate will have to take care of other expenses such as hostel accommodation, food,
books etc.
The excess amount paid shall be refunded by 30 June 2020
The award of scholarship for the subsequent years will be same as given, at the time of admission in the
first year.
Scholarship will be extended for the subsequent year only to those students who qualifies in the year
end examinations as per MCI guidelines
o Scholarship will be forfeited in the instances of irregularity in attendance, proven charges of
indiscipline, bringing disrepute to the Department / Institution / University etc
In case the candidate leaves the course before the course completion (for any reason), he / she MUST
reimburse the total Course fee (as per Prospectus 2020), back to MAHE Manipal

DECLARATION
(i) The documents / enclosures mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 29 are the original documents

AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT is made at ... this ... day of ... between the Mahatma Gandhi
Missions Institute of Health Sciences having its office at Sector 1, Kamothe,
Navi Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part) and
Miss/Mr. (Dr.--------------------------- residing at -------------------------------
(hereinafter referred to as the Party of the Second Part).
WHEREAS
1. The Party of the first part is the Mahatma Gandhi Missions Institute of
Health Sciences, a deemed to be University registered under the Universitiy
Grants Commission Act and established by the Mahatma Gandhi Mission
Trust (MGM Trust), registered Public Charitable Trust. The Mahatma
Gandhi Missions Institute of Health Sciences has 2 constituents Medical
Colleges in Navi Mumbai and in Aurangabad.
2. The Party of the second part is a student who has taken admission
and enrolled/ is desirous of enrolling in the course of (Degree)
MD/MS/Diploma offered by the Colleges/Institutes, which are run and
administered by the Party of the First part.
4. The party of the second part has also agreed to execute a Bond,
Indemnity and Undertaking in relation to the employment etc. The party of
the second part acknowledges, admits and undertakes that after the
completion of the course of (Degree) MD/MS/Diploma, the party of the
second part will join and continue to work with the party of the first part for a
period of 1 year. The party of the second part will be paid salary.
6. The parties have now mutually decided to reduce the same in writing
on the following terms and conditions:-
NOW IT IS AGREED BETWEEN.THE PARTIES HERETO AS
FOLLOWS:
(i) The party of the second part agrees to work with the party of the
first part as a Senior Resident/Tutor at the -----------------------------
run and administered by the party of the first part at a pre defined
monthly salary/stipend based on the MCI/Government norms.
(ii) The party of the second part agrees, undertakes and is bound by
the agreement, bond and undertaking to work for a total period of
1 year from the date the party of second part assumes charge of
the said post. The said period may be extended for a further period
from time to time as may be agreed upon. The party of the second
part and the sureties have has also executed the required bond,
indemnity and undertaking.
(iii) The party of the first part shall pay to the party of the second part
a pre defined monthly salary/stipend based on the
MCI/Government norms.
(iv) The party of the first part will, as far as possible provide a suitable
residential accommodation to the part of the second part free of
cost.
(v) The Party of the Second Part agrees and admits that the rural
posting for specified duration will be compulsory. The place of
posting will be purely at the discretion of the Dean/Management.
(vi) The Party of the Second Part agrees and admits that all the
original documents submitted to the institute at the time of
admission and mark sheet, passing certificate and degree
certificate of the course in which admitted (issued by University)
will be in custody of -------------------------------- Medical College,
Hospital & Research Centre, till completion of the bond period of
1 years.
(vii) The party of the second part will be entitled to leave as per the
norms of MGMIHS.
(viii) The party of the second part will devote the whole office or
working time and shall work faithfully, sincerely, diligently and
efficiently and to the best of her ability and make her best efforts
to use her knowledge and skill in providing the best medical
services and medical care to the patients.
(ix) The party of the second part will diligently undertake and
complete the administrative work related to the patients assigned
to her/him. The party of second part will not divulge or disclose to
anybody any medical case papers, examinations details, reports of
any of the patients.
(x) If the party of the second part resigns from service and terminates
this agreement before the expiration of the said period of 1 year,
she/he will be liable to pay to the party of the first part a sum of
Rs 50,00,000/ - (Rupees Fifty lacs only) as per the agreement,
bond indemnity and undertaking.
(xi) The party of the second part will not remain absent from the work
without a prior intimation and without obtaining prior written
permission of the Administrator of the hospital or in his absence
of any other Director of the Hospital.

Separate hostels are available for male and female postgraduates and are
comfortably furnished. All Postgraduate students will have to compulsorily reside in
the Campus as per statutory rules.

7. Mode of Payment
Fees should be paid at the time of reporting for admission by Bank Demand Draft
in favour of: Concerned College Name.
Discontinuance of Study:
If the Candidate discontinues his/her course of study for any reason whatsoever
after admission, the candidate with his/her parents / Guardian shall be liable to pay
the whole fees for the entire course of study before being formally released from
the Deemed to be University and original certificates returned. A binding
agreement to this effect will be signed by the candidate and his/her parents /
Guardian.
Medical Fitness
Medical Fitness of the candidate for undertaking the professional course is a
mandatory requirement for securing admission. All candidates shall undergo a
medical examination (which includes mental fitness) for determining the fitness at
one of the University’s tertiary care hospitals and be certified to be medically fit.
Ragging
There is a strict zero tolerance policy with regard to ragging. Any student found
indulging in ragging will be dealt with in accordance with rules in the force
prohibiting ragging and thus result in dismissal from the University as per the

“Medical Council of India (Prevention and Prohibition of ragging in Medical College /
Institutions) Regulations, 2009” (as amended), ”DCI Regulations on Curbing the
Menace of Ragging in Dental Colleges, 2009” (as amended) and “UGC Regulations
on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009”(as

All PG students are governed by a strict code of conduct and are expected to
uphold dignity of the medical profession and the ethos of the Deemed to be
University, morally and ethically. Any behavior or action unbecoming of a Medical /
Dental professional shall be deemed punishable.
Penalty
Students shall compensate the Deemed to be University and pay the Prescribed
punitive fine in case of destruction and harm done to the property and interests.
Failure to pay the penalty can result in debarring the student from appearing in the
University Exams or withholding of the results.

(ii) I shall be held solely responsible for genuineness of my original documents listed at
Sr. Nos. 1 to 29 which are submitted and shall not hold the MGM Institute of Health
Sciences liable in any manner.
(iii) In case any of the said documents is not found to be authentic or genuine, I shall be
liable for appropriate legal action and also for cancellation of my admission or
withdrawal of my degree, even if the degree is already conferred.
(v) Candidates who are registered with their local state council or MCI will have to
compulsorily register themselves with Maharashtra Medical Council within 15 days
of getting admission. Otherwise their admission may get cancelled as per the rules of
MGM Institute of Health Sciences/MMC/MCI.
AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT is made at ... this ... day of ... between the Mahatma Gandhi
Missions Institute of Health Sciences having its office at Sector 1, Kamothe,
Navi Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part) and
Miss/Mr. (Dr.--------------------------- residing at -------------------------------
(hereinafter referred to as the Party of the Second Part).
WHEREAS
1. The Party of the first part is the Mahatma Gandhi Missions Institute of
Health Sciences, a deemed to be University registered under the Universitiy
Grants Commission Act and established by the Mahatma Gandhi Mission
Trust (MGM Trust), registered Public Charitable Trust. The Mahatma
Gandhi Missions Institute of Health Sciences has 2 constituents Medical
Colleges in Navi Mumbai and in Aurangabad.
2. The Party of the second part is a student who has taken admission
and enrolled/ is desirous of enrolling in the course of (Degree)
MD/MS/Diploma offered by the Colleges/Institutes, which are run and
administered by the Party of the First part.
4. The party of the second part has also agreed to execute a Bond,
Indemnity and Undertaking in relation to the employment etc. The party of
the second part acknowledges, admits and undertakes that after the
completion of the course of (Degree) MD/MS/Diploma, the party of the
second part will join and continue to work with the party of the first part for a
period of 1 year. The party of the second part will be paid salary.
6. The parties have now mutually decided to reduce the same in writing
on the following terms and conditions:-
NOW IT IS AGREED BETWEEN.THE PARTIES HERETO AS
FOLLOWS:
(i) The party of the second part agrees to work with the party of the
first part as a Senior Resident/Tutor at the -----------------------------
run and administered by the party of the first part at a pre defined
monthly salary/stipend based on the MCI/Government norms.
(ii) The party of the second part agrees, undertakes and is bound by
the agreement, bond and undertaking to work for a total period of
1 year from the date the party of second part assumes charge of
the said post. The said period may be extended for a further period
from time to time as may be agreed upon. The party of the second
part and the sureties have has also executed the required bond,
indemnity and undertaking.
(iii) The party of the first part shall pay to the party of the second part
a pre defined monthly salary/stipend based on the
MCI/Government norms.
(iv) The party of the first part will, as far as possible provide a suitable
residential accommodation to the part of the second part free of
cost.
(v) The Party of the Second Part agrees and admits that the rural
posting for specified duration will be compulsory. The place of
posting will be purely at the discretion of the Dean/Management.
(vi) The Party of the Second Part agrees and admits that all the
original documents submitted to the institute at the time of
admission and mark sheet, passing certificate and degree
certificate of the course in which admitted (issued by University)
will be in custody of -------------------------------- Medical College,
Hospital & Research Centre, till completion of the bond period of
1 years.
(vii) The party of the second part will be entitled to leave as per the
norms of MGMIHS.
(viii) The party of the second part will devote the whole office or
working time and shall work faithfully, sincerely, diligently and
efficiently and to the best of her ability and make her best efforts
to use her knowledge and skill in providing the best medical
services and medical care to the patients.
(ix) The party of the second part will diligently undertake and
complete the administrative work related to the patients assigned
to her/him. The party of second part will not divulge or disclose to
anybody any medical case papers, examinations details, reports of
any of the patients.
(x) If the party of the second part resigns from service and terminates
this agreement before the expiration of the said period of 1 year,
she/he will be liable to pay to the party of the first part a sum of
Rs 50,00,000/ - (Rupees Fifty lacs only) as per the agreement,
bond indemnity and undertaking.
(xi) The party of the second part will not remain absent from the work
without a prior intimation and without obtaining prior written
permission of the Administrator of the hospital or in his absence
of any other Director of the Hospital.

Discontinuance of Study:
If the Candidate discontinues his/her course of study for any reason whatsoever
after admission, the candidate with his/her parents / Guardian shall be liable to pay
the whole fees for the entire course of study before being formally released from
the Deemed to be University and original certificates returned. A binding
agreement to this effect will be signed by the candidate and his/her parents /
Guardian.
Medical Fitness
Medical Fitness of the candidate for undertaking the professional course is a
mandatory requirement for securing admission. All candidates shall undergo a
medical examination (which includes mental fitness) for determining the fitness at
one of the University’s tertiary care hospitals and be certified to be medically fit.
Ragging
There is a strict zero tolerance policy with regard to ragging. Any student found
indulging in ragging will be dealt with in accordance with rules in the force
prohibiting ragging and thus result in dismissal from the University as per the

“Medical Council of India (Prevention and Prohibition of ragging in Medical College /
Institutions) Regulations, 2009” (as amended), ”DCI Regulations on Curbing the
Menace of Ragging in Dental Colleges, 2009” (as amended) and “UGC Regulations
on curbing the menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009”(as

All PG students are governed by a strict code of conduct and are expected to
uphold dignity of the medical profession and the ethos of the Deemed to be
University, morally and ethically. Any behavior or action unbecoming of a Medical /
Dental professional shall be deemed punishable.
Penalty
Students shall compensate the Deemed to be University and pay the Prescribed
punitive fine in case of destruction and harm done to the property and interests.
Failure to pay the penalty can result in debarring the student from appearing in the
University Exams or withholding of the results.

2. Hostel facility:
i. Standard Rooms with common facilities can be given to the students who want to
stay in the Hostel immediately. However, request for allotment of Hostel Room with
specific facility will be subject to availability of the same.
ii. Within 7 days after the last day of the academic year, the hostler should vacate the
room compulsorily in order to facilitate annual maintenance work.
iii. When the hostler reports at the start of next academic session, some other room
ear-marked for the ‘specific batch of students’ in a Block/floor only, will be allotted
by the Chief Warden. No student will be allowed to stay in a particular room
continuously for entire duration of course.
3. General:
i. If a candidate fails to report on the date and time specified by MCC of DGHS in the
allotment order along with the original Certificates/Documents and/or fails to pay
the tuition fee by Demand Draft/Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS with UTR
No. (For NRI Students through Wire Transfer) on the day of admission, he/she will
not be permitted to proceed with the admission process. The vacancy arising
therefrom will be duly notified to the DGHS for further action as per rules.
ii. If any candidate withdraws from the course of study in which he/she was admitted,
after the expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission to that course of study
or in mid-term and the seat is rendered vacant, the first year fee paid will be
forfeited and the student will also be required to remit the ‘entire course fee’ for the
remaining years of the course period.
iii. Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund
of fee, disciplinary rules, hostel rules and UGC/MCI/DCI Regulations for Curbing
the Menace of Ragging etc., as given in the Student Manual of SRIHER (DU).

4) IMPORTANT NOTE:
a) Candidates are advised to check the website of the DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services),
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi website: www.mcc.nic.in and College
website: www.vmmckkl.com from time to time.
b) Allotment letter given by the DGHS for admission is subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria
prescribed by the MCI and medical fitness of the candidates. Those who do not fulfill the prescribed
eligibility criteria and not found medically fit, will not be admitted to the course of study to which they
are allotted by the DGHS. If it is found at a later stage, that the candidate has given false information /
forged certificates or concealed material information, his/her admission will be cancelled without any
notice.
c) Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of fee, disciplinary rules
and hostel rules etc.
d) All the disputes/arbitration arising in the interpretation and implementation of the provisions in this

prospectus) and should be in English language. Sub - Caste should be clearly mentioned in
the certificate.
b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The Sub - Caste should tally with the
Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC
certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.
c) Orthopaedic Physical Disability (Physically Handicapped (PH)) Certificate issued from a duly
constituted and authorized Medical Boards. No other PH certificate issued by any other
Authorities / Hospital will be entertained.
