    ACT FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY IN FILING
    PROCESS FEE
    MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
    1. That the applicant has filed a Divorce case under
    section 13(1)(ia) in this Hon’ble court.
    2. That there is 71 days delay in filing the Process
    Fee due to the reason that Counsel had changed
    his office leading to misplacement of documents,
    making the Counsel unable to keep track of the
    developments of the abovementioned matter.
    3. That the delay in filing the Process Fee is neither
    intentional nor wilful but due to the good and
    sufficient reasons mentioned herein above. To
    fulfil the interest of justice, it demands that the
    present application is allowed and the delay in
    filing Process Fee is condoned so that the matter
    can be adjudicated upon its merits.
    It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this
    application may kindly be allowed and the delay of
    71 days in filing the Process Fee may kindly be
    condoned and the matter may kindly be heard on its
    merits in the interest of justice.

    Such other orders as the court may deem fit and


    proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be
    kindly be passed by the Hon’ble Court.

    same are not being reproduced herein for the sake
    of brevity which is correct .
