PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a hardworking, ambitious and vision driven individual who has had a wealth of experience
working with people from diverse backgrounds and in often challenging environments. I constantly
invest in improving myself through learning and often seek out new experiences to enable me improve
on and expand my skill-set. I believe that my positive work ethic and varied experience is an asset to
any organization.

I am very sensitive to the needs and concerns of others and also the ability to always put myself
in the position of understanding rather than being understood is a strong attribute I have
managed to develop over time through my career. I have further developed skills that enable me
to relate with people from diverse backgrounds while remaining calm in often highly stressful or
difficult situations.
Administration/Management:
I have been opportune to have line-managed a number of staff and I have grown in confidence
when addressing staff concerns as well as delegating roles and responsibilities. As part of my call
of duty, I have been privileged to have seen to the successful opening of three new branches of
an organization leading the Clinical Psychology department, training new recruits and intern and
also coordinating the drug rehabilitation program of the organization.
Training/Project:
Through my career, I have conducted training sessions for both clinical and non-clinical staff
within my present organization in different states of the Country, aimed at imparting knowledge
and improving productivity. I have also attended a number of training organized by the Nigerian
Psychological Association which I am an active member of. I was also privileged to have been the
clinical lead of the project team that saw to the implementation of the very first national mental
health helpline in Nigeria under a non-governmental organization I volunteered at.
