Descriptions and Operations

Rear Axle / Differential

The rear axle / differential consists of the
following components:
● Half-floating semi-axle supporting form is
adopted for rear axle. With excellent supporting
performance, the rear axle can guarantee the
rigidity and low noise of driving axle operation
and prolong service life.
● The lute-model rear axle housing is shaped by
overall punching and welding.
● The main reducer is the hypoid gear with
single-stage deceleration type.
● 7A model rear axle differential is the straight
bevel gear with two planetary gears. The minus
planetary gear shaft is adopted.
● TL-A model rear axle differential is the straight
bevel gear with four planetary gears. The cross
head planetary gear shaft is adopted.
