    PERSONAL LETTER

    What Is Personal Letter?
    A personal letter is an informal written message
    between friends, relatives, and acquaintances. Usually,
    a personal letter is about personal feelings, thoughts, or
    experiences, which are meant to be read by a specific
    person. Writers can make personal letters for lots of
    reasons. They can send love letters to their long
    distance sweethearts or they can also send pen pal
    messages to their foreign friend.

    Personal Letter structure


    1.Date
    This is the date when the letter is written.
    2. Salutation (greetings) and Name of Recipient
    The greeting usually starts with the word ‘Dear’
    followed by the given name of the recipient or
    relationship and it ends with a comma. Two examples
    are shown: ‘Dear Ronald,’ ‘Dear Uncle,’.
    3. Introduction
    This is the opening of a letter. It may include greetings
    like ‘How are you?’
    4. Body
    This is the main part of the letter. It includes the
    message that the writer wants to tell the receiver. It is
    often divided into paragraphs.
    5. Closure
    This part indicates the letter is going to end. The writer
    may ask the recipient to reply here.
    6. Complimentary Close
    This short expression includes a few words on one line.
    It ends with a comma. Some examples are shown
    below. ‘Yours sincerely,’ ‘Best regards,’ ‘Love,’
    7. Signature
    the signature of the writer.

    EXAMPLE :
    What’s the differences between Personal Letter and
    Email?
    E-mail (short for electronic mail) is the transmission
    of messages and files via a computer network. These
    days, e-mail is a primary communications method for
    both personal and business use.
    While When we’re talking about letter, we have to
    move the early ages. When there is no technology
    invented. The only way to communicate with one
    another back then was letter in which you write your
    message or information and send it to the other person
    you want to communicate.

    In conclusion, E-mail is way more simple and easy


    because of the Technology and Letters is more to the
    old ways and also taking too much time.
