    SUBJECT PROHIBITION TO RETURN TO THE PNP MAINSTREAM

    Pursuant to Republic Act 8551 Title V particularly Section 45 thereof, all­


    personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) who joined the Internal Affairs Service
    (IAS) thereafter are prohibited to return to any other units of the PNP.

    Designation to a position, reassignment or transfer to another location or unit


    may only be allowed within the jurisdiction of the IAS.

    This Circular shall take effect immediately from issuance hereof.
