Hey! Good Day!
We already know that ecosystem is a biological community of interacting
organisms and their physical environment. As a student you must understand how
ecosystem transfer energy from one organism to the other. Its kind of like, you
can’t just flip a page without understanding its content.
Well, I hope that with this material, you will be able to learn why organism
eat another organism as well as to understand the process of food chain.
Why does an organism
eat another organism?
Plants are capable of converting
energy from the SUN into
chemical energy in the form of
glucose (food).

Humans and other animals are not capable of making their
own food. They are dependent on the organic matter made
by photosynthetic organisms. These organisms include the
plants and some microorganisms are considered as
producers.
