MVC Chunks Worksheet

For us humans to complete any rewarding challenge, we must chunk it down into smaller pieces
that we can approach one at a time. People can do amazing things when they break it down,
things like climbing Mt Everest and landing on the moon -- this is achieved with chunking. To
break your transformation down into different layers of chunks, complete the worksheet below:
1. Take a look at your “Proof of concept worksheet” that you should have completed in
week one, module four. Take a look at how you’ve chunked your overall transformation
down into 6-8 weeks. Once you’ve completed that and have it in front of you, proceed:
2. Here’s the different levels of chunks that we use to map out our program.
1. Transformation -- Should be one big thing

2. Weeks -- Should be 6-8 weeks that achieves the one big thing
3. Modules -- Should be 2-6 modules that achieves each week
4. Points -- Should be 3-6 points that achieves each module
3. On the following page you will find the hierarchical structure for your entire MVC. Follow
this process in sequential order to build the skeleton and then start adding the flesh:
1. Add the 6-8 weeks from your “Proof of concept worksheet”

2. Break your 6-8 weeks down into 2-6 modules each (start at week one)
3. Break your 2-6 modules down into 3-6 points (this doesn’t need to be finished yet)
4. Once you’ve built your MVC, you want to challenge it and think “How can I make this
shorter, faster, less work, more simple and how can I get my customers a result and ROI
as fast as humanly possible?” This isn’t set in stone and it will change once you start
doing sales calls and offering it to people, so don’t feel like you’re marrying it!
