They passed Resolution No. 20 requesting that Municipal Mayor Alicia P. Enriquez allocate funds for a foot bridge in Zone 2 of Barangay Camindoroan. The resolution explained that infrastructure projects are a priority under the Local Government Code, but the Barangay's own funds are limited. They earnestly asked the Mayor to support this project for the welfare of the community. A copy of the resolution would be forwarded to the Mayor's office.

    BARANGAY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF THE


    APPOINTMENT OF MR. JOHVIN G. GUIRREN AS BARANGAY TANOD OF
    BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN.

    WHEREAS, Section 389 Paragraph (b)(5) of the Republic Act No. 7160 also known as the 1991
    Local Government Code of the Philippines states that the Punong Barangay as the Chief
    Executive of the Barangay Officials shall appoint or replace the barangay tanod and other
    appointive barangay officials upon approval of all the members of the Sangguniang Barangay;

    WHEREAS, Barangay Tanod Mr. Johvin G. Guirren is found by the Punong Barangay and all
    the members of the Sangguniang Barangay as incapable to carry on his duties as such and
    inevitably impeding the normal flow of work and restraining giving off services to our
    constituents due to full dedication of time in attending family needs;

    WHEREAS, to have a continuos delivery of services to the people, there a need to immediately
    terminate the appointment of barangay tanod and to be replace immediately by a competent
    individual;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member LEONARDO I. CAYME


    duly seconded by All Present, it was;

    BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved the Sangguniang Barangay is concurring approving


    the termination of the appointment of barangay tanod Mr. Johvin G. Guirren;

    RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HONORABLE ALICIA P. ENRIQUEZ


    MUNICIPAL MAYOR, SAN NICOLAS, PANGASINAN, TO ALLOCATE FUND FOR
    THE FOOT BRIDGE OF ZONE 2 BARANGAY CAMINDOROAN, SAN NICOLAS,
    PANGASINAN.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay is the small unit of the government and serves as the
    frontline agency in the delivery of the government’s basic services to the people;

    WHEREAS, as such, the Barangay have envisioned various priority projects that are
    indeed necessary in consonance with Section 16 of the Local Government Code of
    1991 more particularly on the promotion of the General Welfare of inhabitants;

    WHEREAS, despite the eager desire and initiative of the Sangguniang Barangay to
    undertake such a herculean project the same could never be made possible due to the
    minimal financial capacity which the Sangguniang Barangay could muster;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Zosimo G. Dulay


    duly seconded by All Present, it was;

    BE IT RESOLVED the Sangguniang Barangay in a meeting assembled to earnestly


    request Honorable Alicia P. Enriquez, Municipal Mayor, San Nicolas, Pangasinan,
    to Allocate Fund for the Foot Bridge of Zone 2 Barangay Camindoroan, San
    Nicolas, Pangasinan.
    RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
    Honorable Alicia P. Enriquez, Municipal Mayor, San Nicolas, Pangasinan for her
    ready reference and appropriate action..

    APPROVED ON THE 25th day of October, 2020.
