PROPOSAL SUMMARY
Tascr Reporting Management System will display Calls Statistics made on Tascr, with modules to determine
Contact ratios against campaigns, agents sign up effort and tabulations of KPIs met against different Campaigns.
The system will additionally have a back office portal that will allow execution of campaigns to step up customers
to different bouquet based on offers which they qualify.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Reporting Management System is designed into three modules, namely Call Center Manager, Sign Ups Manager
and Back office Campaigns Module.
Call Center Manager
Call Center Manager has backend API functions that fetches data from Tascr real-time. On the Call Center Manager,
multiple reports listed below have been etched to furnish the call center with wide variety of call center statistics:

Sign Ups Manager
Sign Ups manager is an extension of Call Center and tabulates Calls, Contacts against Signups Conversions. The
module has an import function that allows upload of daily payments which are systematically run against calls to
determine sign ups conversion.

Back Office Module
This module provide functions to load generic campaigns that needs to be reconnected to different packages based
on various client promotions. The function has an import module to upload records for campaign management.
The module incorporates record assignment module that randomly pops records to assigned agents alongside
other functions.
Development and Implementation Timeline
The project will take approximately 4 weeks after the client meets down payment and contract engagement signed.
We will provide free six months support and there after grant remote support at a small fee.
