GENERAL NOTES:

-At least 1-year period for any new trees to be installed within this property as well as in the Right-of-Way.
-The Landscape Contractor is to locate and verify all underground and overhead utilities prior to beginning work.
The irrigation schedule should be based on soil saturation measurements or observations. If testing is not performed, the following Contact proper utility companies and / or General Contractor prior to digging for field verification. The Owner and the Seal:
