OPENING:
Good morning ladies and gentlemen, to our beloved PSDS, schoolheads, teachers/coordinators
Welcome to the Conference for School Heads and School SBM Coordinators of Siaton District
4 on Enhancing School-Based Management (SBM) Magnifying RA 9155 &DepEd Order No.
83 s. of 2012and GAD Guidelines

My fellow educators, it may be the end of the School year but the learning continues as we will
embark another journey of professional development and hopefully a fun-filled and worthwhile
experience.
And for this, we hope that you will take this conference seriously and take this  perfect
opportunity for us to keep ourselves updated of the educational trends and relevant information
that would benefit our learners and the school as a whole.
So, to begin this adventure, Id like to request everyone to be on their feet for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem and be followed by a prayer via Audio Visual Presentation.
And afterwhich, to prepare ourselves for today’s learning process, we wil have some few
muscle stretches and a bit of a dance moves as we will have the Unfreezer.

Welcome Address
Thank you so much for joining us in our Preliminary activities. Ladies and Gentlemen, it has
always been said that The Beautiful Smile is the nest universal welcome. It can make the day, a
good day easily. So now, to show her beautifuil smile with her words of welcome, we have the
TIC of MMMHS Senior High Department, Lets give a big hand to Madam Sherida Mae Ogarte
Magalso.

Acknowledgement
Thank you so much Mam Sherida for making our good day a better one with all your beautiful
smile and fantastic welcome. And again, thank you for allowing us to hold this activity in your
beautiful school as always. Shall we give a thunderous applause to mMMHS
At this point, ladies and friends, we will be giving due acknowledgement to the most
important component of this gathering, we, the participants , facilitators and the training support
team. To do the honor, we have the Majestic Master Teacher I of MMMHS, Madam Jade Tayko
Francisco. Lets

Rationale
Thank you so much for the wonderful Introduction Mam jade. Now, I wanna know if kabalo r
aba ang tanan sa rason kung nganong ania ta karon?, niari lang abi kay naka-memo hehe..
Perhaps some of you don’t really know, so to give us an elaborative details as to why we are
conducting this training, we have the very shinining shimmering splendid school head of Bunay
ES and the the same time , the training manager , Lets give a big hand to Mr. Jayson Solamillo
