GREEN TECHNOLOGY

The sytem is an upgrade from the traditional siphon wash, it helps

achieve excellent flushing performance with less water.

The special design of the tank’s compartments and the unique dual
water seal trapway facilitate better flushing action. With this
revolutionary system, only a maximum of 3.5 L of water is used;
half the consumption of a normal water-saving water closet.

First Blow
The container device installed in the cistern in which the air passes
through will push the water and make the water seal rise. The 3 4
higher the water seal, the easier it is to clean the toilet bowl.

Suck
When the push button is pressed, water level of the container is
reduced. Thus, the air in the trap way will be released from the
connection pipe and form a siphon which reinforces the flushing
performance.

Second Blow
In addition, water supply from the rim hole will give extra force to
blow away the remaining waste. After the flush, the water seal will
be filled with water again.

DOUBLE WATER CONSERVATION
(WATER-SAVING + DUAL FLUSH)
Compared with the traditional 6 LPF water closets, our new 3/4.8 LPF dual
flush water closets can save as much as 50% water when flushing liquid waste.
This saves not only clean water, but also money from high water bills.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a

rating system devised by the United States Green Building
Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance
of building and encourage market transformation towards
sustainable design.

Water consumption is minimized through the dual flush

technology system. Use the half-flush (3L) for liquid waste or
the full-flush (4.8 L) for solid waste. Compared to traditional

6 LPF toilets this can save as much as 20% water. TECHNOLOGY
• Excellent flushing performance is achieved at 4.8 liters per
flush.
• Stronger water pressure is enhanced through the integrated
vortex technology and 3 inches flushing valve.
• Larger glazed trap way provides smoother water discharge with
no blocks.

• Neoperl, a German made aerator, is known to be one of the top
three aerator brands in the world.

• Neoperl's Pressure Compensating Aerators (PCA®) ensures a

nearly constant flow by compensating for changes in line
pressure

• It has an adjustable water outlet (±7°), which makes it more

convenient to use.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
In HCG, every customer enjoys professional pre- and after-sales care. We offer
fast and reliable service should the need arise.

We trust the quality of our products, thus we provide the following warranty:

WARRANTY COVERAGE
• Ceramics (Water closet, wash basins, urinals ) 10-year limited warranty
against factory defects Faucet and its parts are given one - year warranty

• 5 years warranty on Geberit Tank Fittings

• Non-Ceramic Products and Spare Parts (Brass Faucets, Regular Tank

Fittings, Regular Sensors, Seat covers and Plumbing Accessories) 1-year
limited warranty against factory defects

• Warranty coverage is subject to HCG’s verification upon presentation of

proof of purchase or official receipt.

• Items/Spare parts replaced shall be covered by warranty starting from the

date when the original item was purchased.
Geberit tank fittings are given five - year warranty
• Warranty applies to existing and active items and not valid on phased out
models.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered by warranty:

• Normal deterioration (wear and tear)

• Regular product maintenance
• Removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential
costs

The following actions by the customer shall void the warranty: We provide pre- and after-sales service to our customers

• Improper installation of customer’s plumbing contractor.

• Improper shipping or handling of customer resulting to damage to wares.
