Subject: School Learning Action Cell on Teachers’ Induction Program (TIP)

1. With reference to DepEd Order No. 43 s. 2017 entitled “Teachers’ Induction

Program Policy”, the school shall conduct a School Learning Action Cell
(SLAC) on Teacher’s Induction Program via Google Meet platform on the
following dates February 24, March 2, March 4, March 9, March 11, March 16,
March 18 and March 21, 2021 respectively from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm to
practice time on task for the teacher participants.
2. The objectives of this activity are to:
 orient newly – hired teachers on DepED Order No. 43 s. 2017;

 gain deeper understanding on the TIP policy; and
 strengthen commitment of teachers on the teaching profession.
3. The participants to this activity are all teachers who are 0-3 years in service
who have not yet undergone this orientation.
4. To ensure the smooth flow of the said activity, enclosed herewith are the
different Committees, Program and Training Matrix of the activities to be
undertaken.
5. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
