    : The selection of candidates is based on the following criteria

    (1) PLA ≥ 47 (out of 120)


    GEN (2) PLA + 2*PLB ≥ 205 (out of 320)
    (3) PLA + 2*PLB + Interview ≥ 236.5 (out of 420)

    (1) PLA ≥ 42.3 (out of 120)


    OBC-NCL (2) PLA + 2*PLB ≥ 184.5 (out of 320)
    (3) PLA + 2*PLB + Interview ≥ 212.85 (out of 420)

    (1) PLA ≥ 32.9 (out of 120)


    SC / ST / DA (2) PLA + 2*PLB ≥ 143.5 (out of 320)
    (3) PLA + 2*PLB + Interview ≥ 165.55 (out of 420)

    The ranking of the candidates on the above merit list and the subsequent admission process are
    governed by the admission policy of the Institute given at:

    https://www.isical.ac.in/~admission

    Note : A place in the merit list does not necessarily mean that the candidate has satisfied the
    eligibility criteria of the respective program as mentioned in the prospectus. The eligibility criteria
    will be verified for the provisionally admitted candidates only at the time of Final Admission. If
    the candidate does not have the required eligibility the provisional admission will be cancelled.
