    Dear (CLIENT NAME),

    This letter acknowledges and confirms the agreement of Agency Name (Agency Name)
    to provide Client Name (Client Name) in the area of digital marketing and/or Facebook
    Advertising in accordance with the following terms and conditions (‘Agreement’).

    1. Term:

    Parties hereby agree that this Agreement shall come into force on when both parties
    have signed, and shall remain valid until one of the parties terminates the agreement in
    accordance to the terms below.

    2. Duties:

    The service provider has been retained to provide the following services:

    Management of all Facebook advert campaigns within this time.

    Social media management, 1 daily post on Instagram and Facebook.

    Reporting of all results in an end of month report.

    3. Payment:

    The service provider will set up an automatic payment of (retainer price here) on the first
    of every month and this will be seen as payment for that month.

    In case of late payment the service provider remains the right to charge the client
    statutory interest in accordance with country law.

    4. Renewal:

    This agreement will be valid for 90 days, after which it will NOT be automatically
    renewed.

    5. Confidentiality and non-disclosure undertaking:


    The service provider undertakes to treat in a strictly confidential manner any information
    and any document belonging to the client that he may become aware of during the
    performance of the mandate and not to disclose or use it for the benefits of third parties.
    The service provider, however, may allow access to certain data, within reason, to its
    employees/team.

    6. Modification or Waiver:

    The terms of this Agreement may be modified or waived only by written agreement,
    signed by both of the parties.

    7. Governing Law.

    This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the
    (country here). Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall in
    first instance be exclusively decided by the competent court in (city here).
