    Disclosure and Warranty. Seller certifies that the odometer reading is true and correct to the best of their
    knowledge, and that seller has not caused or acted directly to modify, disconnect, or roll back the odometer
    during Seller’s ownership term of the Vehicle.
    Vehicle Being Sold is not warranted and is sold “AS-IS”, with no warranty of any kind.

    Consideration. Seller certifies that the Title applicable to Vehicle Being Sold is free from liens, and that Seller is
    the owner or the owner’s legally authorized representation. Seller acknowledges RECIEPT of Payment of
