INTRODUCTION:
A structured classroom often translates to a safe classroom, one where pupils can enjoy
themselves and focus on learning. In a structured learning environment, pupils are more likely to
thrive and experience personal academic growth. It’s cleanliness and decorated surroundings
must be maintained as vital aspect in contributing to educational growth of the learners.
The classroom evaluation was conducted last March 28, 2022 by our school head with 10
outstanding result and four more than compliant.

NARRATIVE ON AWARDING OF SARIMANOK EVALUATION

Last March 28, 2022, the school conducted a school- based SARIMANOK
Classroom Evaluation which was spare headed by the School Principal,
ORLANDO T. BAGSICAN JR. Using the updated Sarimanok Evaluation Tool,
which was fitted in this time of pandemic.
The School Awards and Recognition Committee, consolidate the ratings and
sum up the scores for identification of categories.
As per attached in the narrative for the SARIMANOK awards for the
classroom evaluation, majority of the teachers achieved an outstanding scores.

The meeting started at 3:30 in the afternoon which was facilitated by the school
head, Orlando T. Bacsican Jr. He presented through multi – media presentation
the checklist for the SARIMANOK Evaluation. A hard copy of the evaluation list
were also distributed. It was suggested by Mrs. Gloria E. Plantar rooms exit doors
must construct prior to the evaluation date but Mrs. Virgie S. Briones suggested
to have it after which everyone agrees.
It was also agreed to include in the evaluation the signage on health
protocols as well as the presence of health materials necessary for health
purposes.
It was agreed by the body to conduct the evaluation on March 28,
2022.
The meeting adjourn on 4:30 in the afternoon.
