HTG-LET-BNIP-NWSDB-00635 dated 24" March 2021 and regarding the above matter. Pursuant to the third party inspection report, one of the two butterfly valve EVFS DN400 was rejected due to leakage on shell test. Accordingly, please be notified that, any butterfly valves EVFS DN400 from the same batch is not accepted by the Engineer.
