was written by three people called assistance professor shuaib ahmed soomor ,Dr.yasir mansoor
kundi ,Dr.muhammad kamran it has 17 pages which is discuss about the history of organizational
theory ,the authors of the research are also working on other related projects like exposure to terror
and employee behavior at work place and banking in Pakistan

Introduction

As we know our country Ethiopia economy is getting reduced day by day ,there are a lots of factors that
affect our economy we can mention the war as an example but in my opinion there is also one other
factor the lack of knowledge how to manage the business organization so in this research we can learn
about the behavior of organizational theory By this concept we may know how to interact with the
employers and how we initiate them to work more and how we can be more productive and control the
market for this reason we should know the historical and development of organizational behavior
management ,in this literature I try to review ,feel some void and summarize the research.

Objective

The objective of the article is to give knowledge about organizational behavior that help us assessing
and changing the work environment in order to enhance employee performance and improve work
place culture that develop our economy

And the other objective is to create awareness about how to apply behavior analytical techniques to
assess and intervene in or organizational problems and concerns

Articles domain

The topic area of this research is concerned about the business and the organization productivity the
key points for successful organizational management how to support employees how to create the good
working environment which is suitable for workers and also for customers too

Audience

In order to understand this research and the concept viewed in the research the person who read this
literature should have some academic background on business and related courses or the person should
have experience on managing organization

Journal

Journal is appropriate for this research because it should be supported by those kind of things in order
to reach this literature to all others

Conceptual
It’s conceptual because which is supported by or based on logical and persuasive reasoning

Brief summary

When we come to this we are trying to brief in shortly as we given limited maximum page number, this
article is manly concern about historical development of organization behavior management and its
useful and the study try to give knowledge and to provide analysis and review of OBM discipline

Beside this the research literature goes smoothly to make easier to understand for the reader it give big
and useful awareness about the historical development of organizational theory

The research also raises many purpose and benefits of organizational theory as mentioned below

 Create the suitable working environment for the worker in order to make them love their work
place and be more productive
 To understand the problem in the organization and how we can control and solve it in a
systematic manner
 Also in my opinion giving reward also the best concept in the OBM
 It examine and show lots of methodology about how to implement the OBM

Many people even who are engaged on this related subject or work don’t get or applied the concept of
behavior of organization hopefully they are getting a great idea on this research I privately
recommended to use this concept because of the above reason I mentioned earlier

Result

The research express with the synthesis and reference of many other related topics as a result it is
succeed by giving brief explanation and give hints about tools of OBM

Contribution and synthesis

It has the contribution to look at the problem differently, the research shows many methodology in
order to solve a problem in an organization so in my vision it gives a scenes and a good tip for the
field ,when we came to synthesis of course it synthesis so many different concepts even it refers so
many supportive books and literatures

Analysis

To avoid redundancy I may not repeat the main points of the research that I listed above, but in this
section I will try to analyze the evidence

And tools offered to support the researcher’s main point krinter 1982 and lim&oah 2018 .jaworkis and
ohil 1993 and also so many others

General critique
The research conclude that with recommendation and initiation to apply and understand more about
OBM

When we come to the writing style its clear especially for those who are on the field it use simple ,short
and clear sentences so it doesn’t create much confusion the world in the research are somehow they
are familiar and not complex

When we come to what made the article important, this concept is the back bone of the organization
and also for the country economy, working on workers is the most important thing it will increase their
performance, productivity and inspiration to work more for the managerial level it helps how to solve
the questions and problems, it answers how the organization can satisfy employees by giving bonus,
health funds and so many others.

Critique on conceptual and empirical

On the conceptual and logical reasoning it is good but Its poor on the empirical reasoning there is no
much data which is described numerically for example they can include data’s that shows how much
organization is applied this concept now by percent and how much they successes and so on

Issues

Issues that I raised actually included on the general critique but one thing as a comment is they are
referring too many books that’s very good but that also limited them to show their own attitude
