    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Application should be accompanied by:

    a) Self Attested photocopy of Degree and Detailed Marks Card of last examination of this
    University in which appeared/passed.
    b) No Objection Certificate from the Head of the relieving College/Institution only in case
    of a candidate seeking migration in mid stream of the course.
    c) Migration Certificate Fee should be paid online through University website i.e.
    www.bfuhs.ac.in as Rs.1000/- (for normal issue) and Rs.2000/- (for urgent issue).

    2. For issue of duplicate Migration Certificate, please attach undertaking stating therein: -

    “That the Migration Certificate earlier issued to me has been lost and has not been used
    by me to seek admission anywhere.”

    3. In all correspondence regarding Migration certificate with the University, Name, Father’s
    Name, University’s Registration No., Particulars of last examination passed or appeared and
    proof of fee remittance must be quoted at the address given below: -
