    assessment to the undersigned teacher.

    The undersigned upholds continuous personal and professional improvement thus, the result
    of the CEF will be used as feedback and guide of the undersigned key character performance
    throughout the School Year 2021-2022 and for succeeding Academic Year.

    This CEF is for personal reflection and for RPMS purposes only for the SY 2021-2022.
