    SUBJECT : ELECTION OF HOMEROOM CLASS OFFICERS FOR S.Y. 2022 – 2023

    COMMUNIQUÉS

    WHEREAS, DepEd Order No. 34, s. of 2022 states that the Supreme Student Government
    (SSG) election shall be conducted on the first to the second week of September 2022, that elections for
    Homeroom Class Officers had been suggested to be conducted on any date from August 22 to
    September 2, 2022

    WHEREAS, according to Article 11. Section 1, of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme
    Pupil Governments and Supreme Student Governments in Elementary and Secondary Schools as so
    provided by DepEd Order No. 47, 1 of 2014, there shall be a homeroom class organization in every
    section.

    NOW, THEREFORE, I, REYMART P. VILLAPEÑA, being the designated SSG adviser,


    pursuant to the abovementioned DepEd orders, do hereby request al class advisers from all grade
    levels to conduct the election of their homeroom class officers on any date from August 24 to August
    25, 2022 with the following positions s need to be elected by the majority of students per class:

    1. President;
    2. Vice-President;
    3. Secretary;
    4. Treasurer;
    5. Auditor;
    6. Public information Officer; and
    7. Protocol Officer

    FURTHERMORE, all class advisers are also being requested to provide a copy of the list of
    their elected homeroom class officers with contact numbers to the designated SSG adviser of the
    school on or before August 26, 2022.
