1. Greetings:
The teacher will start the class with a short prayer, greetings and checking of attendance. Remind
students to follow health protocols strictly (teacher will recall the policies)

2.1 Review
In this part the teacher will ask the students to recall their last topic .
2.2 Motivation
On the board is a Word Search Puzzle. The students will be going to find the words and encircle it on
the puzzle. The words may appear horizontally, vertically, diagonally (backward or upward).
1. Discussion
The teacher will discuss the different cooking tools and equipment commonly found in the
kitchen.
• What are the different tools and equipment commonly found in the kitchen?
• What is the usage of each kitchen tools and equipment?
• What are the differences between the tools and equipment?
• What is the importance of knowing the different kitchen tools and equipment?

2. Developing mastery
Objective 5,6,7 Activity 1. “USE ME” The class will be divided into 3 groups. With their group, prepare a
short skit, demonstrate the proper use of kitchen tools for 3 minutes.

D. Evaluation
Direction: The students will identify each given tools in the chair. A limited amount of time is given at
each station, and the teacher will signal the students to indicate that it is time to move from one
station to the next.
IV. ASSIGNMENT
Search for additional tools frequently used in the kitchen. Give at least 10 with pictures and their
specific usage in a short bond paper.
