    AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

    That I, CRISPINA BAYSA RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen,


    married to Pedro Ramos, and a resident of Sta. Ines Centro, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac,
    after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
    state – THAT:

    1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land which is more particularly


    described as follows:
    ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 89244

    “A parcel of land (Lot No. 5-D of the subdivision plan LRC PSD-
    122467 being a portion of Lot 5 Psd-20879 LRC Rec. No. H Pat), situated in
    the Barrio of Sta. Ines, Municipality of Sta. Ignacia, Province of Tarlac,
    containing an area of TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-
    THREE (10,943) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

    2. That the above-mentioned parcel of land is NOT TENANTED

    3. That I do not own more than five (5) hectares of landholding anywhere in
    the country;

    4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


    declarations.
